The process to ‘Return To Duty’ can be stressful and overwhelming. Our job is to step you through the process step-by-step. We will guide you through the entire process. You don’t have to go through this alone.

5 SIMPLE steps - return to duty

Step #1

Secure the services of 1st Choice Counseling Services by paying the fee online... Total cost is $650 ($500 for SAP Evaluation / $150 for follow up) - Register for your SAP Evaluation using the form below.

Step #2

Schedule the evaluation (Comprehensive alcohol & drug assesment, Clearinghouse confirmation)

Step #3

Follow all SAP recommendations – it’s important that you follow these recommendations exactly.

Step #4

Schedule follow up to present validation of completed recommondations.

Step #5

SAP enters the RTD (Return to Duty) test date into the clearinghouse, clearing you for testing. SAP also communicated with employers regarding follow up testing
